All Hillcrest at Home employees are licensed, insured and trained as non-medical personnel and have been fully vetted through our parent company, Hillcrest Healthcare Communities, Inc. All required background checks, registries and screening have been completed prior to an individual being offered the position of caregiver.

Karin Ringley, Director, is passionate about helping seniors get the resources they need and deserve. She joined Hillcrest Healthcare in 2017 and has served in clinical liaison and social worker roles. She enjoys farm life, leading her church worship team and spending time with husband, Steve, three sons, Gabe, Nate and Xavier, and dog, Chloe.

Brian K. Tuggle serves as director of Hillcrest at Home and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the management of personal care services in East Tennessee. His compassionate approach focuses on ensuring that everyone is cared for within the Hillcrest Healthcare mission of Everyone Matters.
