- Meets the expanding need for activities of daily living (ADL) assistance and can allow seniors to maintain independence in their home or living community.
- Allows patients discharged from hospital, skilled or rehab facilities access to continuation of care.
- Tailors customized care plans to the individual to promote peace of mind and improve quality of life in the comfort of their home.
- Offers affordable regional personal care rates and the lowest private pay hourly rate in Knoxville.
- Serves Knox and surrounding counties including Union, Loudon, Jefferson, Blount, Sevier, Anderson, Grainger and Roane.
- Provides employees who are licensed, insured and trained as non-medical personnel and have been fully vetted through our parent company, Hillcrest Healthcare Communities, Inc. All required background checks, registries and screening have been completed prior to an individual being offered the position of caregiver.
There are multiple options available to help pay for non-medical services that Hillcrest at Home provides, including private pay and Long Term Care (LTC) insurance.

Meet Karin Ringley
Director of Hillcrest at Home
Karin Ringley serves as Director of Hillcrest At Home, where she is dedicated to helping older adults and their families access the resources, support, and care they need to thrive. Since joining Hillcrest Healthcare in 2017, Karin has held several roles, including Clinical Liaison and Social Worker, bringing a unique blend of compassion, advocacy, and leadership to her work.
With a passion for serving seniors and strengthening community connections, Karin is committed to ensuring clients receive exceptional care while maintaining their independence and dignity. Her experience in healthcare, care coordination, and family support allows her to effectively guide both clients and team members through every stage of the care journey.
Outside of work, Karin enjoys life on her family farm, leading worship at her church, and spending time with her husband, Steve, their sons Gabe, Nate, and Xavier, and their beloved dog, Chloe.
