- Provide constant oversight of cash inflows and outflows.
- Analyze revenue and expense cycles.
- Build cash forecast models to predict cash position and identify periods with limited or excess resources to assist in cash planning.
ACCOUNTING
- Implement and maintain structured month-end processes to ensure balance sheet and income statement accuracy.
- Interface with tax and cost report providers to ensure timely returns.
- Complete annual budgets including census development, reimbursement projections and staffing metrics with anticipated cost and economic factors.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Complete monthly income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow.
- Complete key metric and trend reports to provide greater visibility and assist in making informed decisions.
- Lead monthly financial reviews with key personnel to assist in operational planning.
